Open House New York Weekend visits NOVA

Our studio participated in the 20th annual Open House New York Weekend at NOVA, our soon-to-be-completed 23-story mixed-use high-rise in Long Island City, Queens. These tours were some of the first public viewings of the property led by the architectural team who discussed the building’s façade and striking design elements. NOVA—evoking the structure of Manhattan’s famed Flatiron Building—consists of 86 condominiums and sets the standard for future properties in the neighborhood.
