[The New York Times] In New York City, the Demand for New Developments Is Bouncing Back

Spotlighting 300 Nevins, The New York Times covered the exciting transformation of Brooklyn’s Gowanus neighborhood. The premier mixed-use two-building complex will be composed of brick podiums with precast concrete arches on the façade. Through the materials and architecture of the property, the design pays homage to the area's historic warehouses of the surrounding manufacturing district. Expected to complete in 2025, the project will also include two additional buildings along the Gowanus Canal, all equipped with outdoor and wellness amenity spaces.
