25 Mercer
Located in Manhattan’s Cast Iron District, two adjacent circa 1861
structures have been combined to create 25 Mercer, a high-end condo building consisting
of five exclusive residences ranging from a townhouse, lofts, and a penthouse.
The renovation represents a modern interpretation of the coveted, historic Soho
loft. Prized cast-iron columns, exposed beams, high ceilings, and large windows
have been maintained and refurbished. These features, combined with open plan
living spaces, luxurious finishes, and custom fixtures converge into the
perfect blend of old and new architecture and design.
The keyed elevator opens onto the penthouse's fifth floor private foyer. A new glass and metal open staircase provides access to the five-bedroom triplex spaces on floors above and below. The top floor shares interior space with an outdoor urban oasis. The rooftop terrace is designed for relaxing, entertaining, or dining al fresco on a grand scale.
