512 West 22
This airy and refined modernist suite celebrates its coveted West Chelsea locale overlooking The High Line and Hudson River. The seamless interior embraces the new build’s brutalist-inspired exterior, exposed oversized columns and rounded corners, in reference to the area’s former warehouse origins.
With raw exposed elements serving as canvas, comfortable and attractive custom seating upholstered in red, yellow, tan, and blue anchors the lounge and café areas with vibrancy and purpose. Mid-century inspired rattan chairs and flexible tables are paired with custom oak millwork and cabinetry.
Along with a series of enclosed conference rooms, amenity spaces and open desks, the workplace’s extensive floorplate is conducive to offering employees a choice of areas to work. Daylight floods the space and panoramic views are democratized from sinuous ribbon windows equipped with clean-lined draperies and curved glass partitions.
