Dvora 175

After overcoming obstacles of a challenging site, the design of Dvora 175 superseded expectations, serving as a model for future fellow branded buildings. Located in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District, this ground-up rental building offers tenants a unique urban experience through design. With efficient, modular apartment layouts, second bedrooms can easily become an office, meditation or exercise space or guest room. 

The building maintains an indoor/outdoor café that is open to the public along with a wellness center, and Miami Beach-inspired rooftop deck and pool exclusive to tenants. This building resides on the same street as its two sister buildings, also designed by the firm. All structures share design similarities, but the Dvora 175 is the only sole property to incorporate a large clock branded with the DVORA name.
