Hanover House

Bringing grandeur to downtown Brooklyn, the new 34-story mixed-use building will offer luxury residences, amenities, and space for commercial tenants in one application. Consisting of a one-story podium and tower, the podium façade is clad in glazed brick and the base features a large arched storefront. Utilizing a curtainwall of windows and panels, the panel sizes gradually reduce from top to bottom, creating dimensionality and a staggering effect. The red oxide metal panels echo the brick used in the podium.
