Located blocks from Bryant Park, the elegant Hollingsworth, a blue-green luxury high rise, underwent a major renovation. Incorporating a new commercial storefront, a lobby, and amenity spaces along with residential units, the rental tower designed by SLCE has been dramatically transformed. A sophisticated interior palette of neutrals and natural materials provides gold, navy, and grey accents. Half of the parking garage was converted into amenities with a gym, lounge, and co-working space.
