Linea

Linea is a new 24-story contemporary, luxury residential building in Charlotte’s historical and vibrant South End. Linea features a skybridge providing direct access to The Line, Portman Holding’s new luxury office tower. Linea is not only located in the center of South End, but it is directly on the Charlotte Rail Trail and LYNX Blue Line providing easy access from anywhere in the city. Linea’s experience begins outside of the building at the retail and restaurants open to the public. This experience continues into the lobby which also has a lounge and café for residents to enjoy.

The selection of colors and textures used in the interiors is inspired by South End’s history in millwork and textile manufacturing as well as its present-day standing as a creative hub. The design team opted for warm and vivid colors in the lobby, creating a natural escape. The open space incorporates a grey terrazzo reception desk, warm walnut furniture, and soothing sage green fabric featured throughout.

The 23^rd floor sky lounge provides a connective retreat for residents. This floor features a coworking space, game room, lounge, garden room, outdoor pool, and fitness center featuring a climbing wall, cardio, and weight room.

Linea contains 370 units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. An element in exclusive units is a custom nook that offers an unobtrusive place for work or study, optimizing the space.
