Oasis 767 Third

Inspired by desert climes, Oasis at 767 Third Avenue is an amenity lounge in the heart of Midtown East. As part of a major capital improvements program for the circa 1980’s building, distinguished by its rounded façade, the amenity hub addresses the needs of today’s office occupants – a contemporary, comfortable place to work, relax, recharge, and socialize. As a benefit, and to promote a higher level of productivity and a balance of health and wellness, tenants of owner’s portfolio of six Class-A properties have exclusive use of this and all locations in the brand’s campus-like Oasis collection.

Oasis at 767 Third inhabits the entire floor and features a catering kitchen and a café bar and lounge, a convenient spot for breakfast or lunch. This space also includes a library suitable for quiet work and conversation and a boardroom for client meetings. A flexible salon conference center, which overlooks and opens onto the terrace garden, is ideal for town halls, conferences, training sessions, as well as for evening events and cocktails.

The interior architecture embraces the soft curves of the building. The calming, minimalist, desert environment is reflected in the colors, custom furniture, and curated art and accessories seen throughout and is further expressed via textured plaster, honey maple wood, terracotta perforated elements, epoxy terrazzo, neutral, sun-faded colors, and deep green accents inside and out.
