One Federal
Taking advantage of its premium location on the 26th
floor of 1970’s Boston skyscraper One Federal Street, the perimeter of the full floor space was opened up to allow for views of the Financial District. Existing mechanical equipment was relocated to achieve spacious nine-foot-high ceilings. A neutral material palette of oak veneer millwork, white oak flooring, gray stone, terrazzo and textured carpets are used throughout.
Layered materials and textures add richness while furniture, art, and accessories create pops of color. The Class A renovation imbues a high-end executive feel by incorporating collaborative workspaces, that appeal to finance, pharma and life science firms. One Federal marks the firm’s first foray in the Boston market.
